Hofstra Summer Camps 2026

The Hofstra Summer Camps offer a variety of programs for campers entering grades 2-10.

Program Details

• Minecraft Summer Camps 2026:
  • For campers entering grades 2-10
  • Session 1: June 29 - July 10
  • Session 2: Not Offered
  • Session 3: July 27 - August 7
  • Session 4: Not Offered
  • Early Tuition: $2,300 per Session
• MIN: Minecraft Builders Club:
  • Campers will create and play together in a way they've never experienced before using Minecraft Java Edition
  • Activities include building challenges, creating team living spaces, collaborating on creative projects, creating custom mods, and reinforcing math, science, and social skills
• Schedule:
  • For campers entering 2-5 grade, the morning will be in the chosen program and the afternoon will be in a recreation group
  • For campers entering 6-10 grade, the morning will be in a recreation group and the afternoon will be in the chosen program
  • Recreation groups enjoy lunch, instructional swim, and recreational sports

  • Session 3: July 27 - August 7
  • Session 4: August 10 - August 14
• Camp Closed: Friday, July 3rd

Medication Policy

• A Medication Request Form must be filled out by the camper's physician
• Medication must be in the original container, including the label with the camper's name, dosage, and the prescriber's name

Health and Safety

• The opening of on-campus summer camp or any on-campus programs will be subject to all then-current New York State and Nassau County Department of Health requirements and guidance
• Any individual visiting the Hofstra campus or attending on-campus programs or camps will be required to follow all such rules and University policies relating to health and safety
• Participants will be notified of University policies prior to the start of any on-campus program
