M.S. EREA Program Details

The M.S. in Educational Research, Evaluation and Assessment (EREA) degree requires the completion of an internship and capstone experience.

Program Requirements

To fulfill the requirements, students must enroll in the following courses:

• ETR 586: Internship in Research and Evaluation
• One of the following capstone experiences:
  • ETR 699A: Master's Thesis
  • ETR 699B: Master's Project
  • ETR 699C: Master's Portfolio

Capstone Experience

The capstone experience is a crucial component of the M.S. in EREA degree, allowing students to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting. The internship provides students with hands-on experience in research and evaluation, while the capstone experience enables students to demonstrate their mastery of the subject matter through a thesis, project, or portfolio.
