Program Overview

The intention of this programme is to develop professional management specialists with strong abilities in critical and creative thinking, and with applied and intercultural competencies. Students learn about management solution theories, while gaining a knowledge of management, marketing, change management and leadership, including sustainable development and strategic management, and other management-related competencies. They develop not only subject-specific skills, but also a knowledge of social and ethical responsibility, through analysing business management processes based on the principles of respect for the individual, society, country and nature.
