Program Overview
The programme is delivered in two parts, or modules. In the first module, delegates are introduced to a range of theoretical models and practical examples, to support them in defining the scope of their project, addressing organisational enablers, challenges and processes, identifying goals and metrics for success. In the second module, delegates apply learning to their own projects, with a supporting framework to reflect and improve their practice. Each delegate is allocated a tutor, who will provide one to one support, as the project progresses. The programme is designed for users of digital technology, rather than technologists. It is distinctive in providing a framework within which to implement real life projects.
