This course will ensure a detailed knowledge of the rules of land law.

This course will enable learners to trace current entitlements from those succeeded to contractually and foster an understanding of legal and equitable interests in property.

This course focuses on the development of professional skills; while it does not sit on the national framework, the module is drawn from Griffith College’s suite of QQI-validated programmes.
