Program Overview

The Nursing Associate Higher Apprenticeship is a 2-year program that combines on-the-job training and academic study, leading to a Foundation Degree in Science (FdSc) and a Higher Apprenticeship Award. The program is designed to prepare students to become registered Nursing Associates in England and meets the Nursing and Midwifery Council Nursing Associate Standards. Graduates are prepared for Nursing Associate roles in various healthcare settings, and the program offers support for finding employment opportunities and developing digital competency.
