Program Overview

Bring your graduate expertise, skills and enthusiasm to the imaginative and practical teaching of art and design to children of all abilities from ages 11–18. Our full-time, one year PGCE programme in art and design will qualify you for the ages 11–16 national standards for qualified teacher status (QTS) set by the Department for Education. The 17 weeks placement experience will sharpen your skills and fully prepare you for your future teaching career.
