Student services
Services available on campus are: the President’s Office, the Legal Office, the International Relations Office, the Planning Office, the Financial and Accounting Department, The Human Resources Department, The Academic Services, the Computer Services Department, the Information and Communication office, the Technical Office, the Training and Sports Office, the Library, the Swimming Pool and the Laboratory of Internet and Applied Technology.
Library services
Its main objectives are:
- Selection, acquisition and documentary treatment in textual, sound, visual or other form, according to the specific needs of the users.
- Design and plan services and information systems.
- Support and guide the user of the services.
- Promote actions to disseminate information
ICT services
The Instituto Politécnico da Guarda provides in all its services, in its schools and homes, computers with Internet access for the use of all students. In addition to the central area of the Campus being equipped with a wireless network, all the Institute buildings are internally connected by a communications network that facilitates video transmissions and advanced communication services.
