Student services
The Dean of Students Office helps students no matter the issue or challenge they are facing. Serving as the hub for holistic and integrated student support, the Dean of Students Office is also a great resource if you are not sure where to start with a question or concern. The staff work actively with students, faculty and staff to foster a community of care that encourages, empowers and assists students in their pursuit of success in and out of the classroom.

Library services
The Information & Technology Services (LITS) department provides support, development, and training for a variety of systems, technology, and applications used across the SU Libraries.LITS services include Training, Digital Production, Desktop and Systems Support, Integrated Library System Management (ILSM), and Application Development.
ICT services
Information Technology Services (ITS) provides wireless networks to all University residential facilities, South Campus apartments, and in many University buildings located both on and off campus. All residential facilities have 100% wireless coverage.
Medical services
The mission of the Barnes Center at The Arch health and wellness team is to provide quality integrated wellness services and programs, which support a holistic and inclusive student-centered experience promoting lifelong growth and development.

The Student Association (SA) is your undergraduate student government. SA serves as your representative voice and focuses on initiatives to help make your undergradute experience the best it can be.
Accreditation
Syracuse University has received notification from the Middle States Commission on Higher Education that the University successfully retained its accreditation status. In the notification letter, the commission commended the University for the quality of its self-study process and noted that the next eight-year evaluation visit would take place in 2026-27.
