Student services
To say that you'll have a great time at NNU would be an understatement. The Office of Student Development is here to make sure of that. We take care of every aspect of your student experience, from where you live to what you do on Thursday nights (Brick House, baby). Here's just a sample of what's in store:
Housing services
Live in Community—On-campus living makes it easy to be part of a community that is there to do life with you. Whether it’s a study buddy, a roommate or a new best friend who lives down the hall, there is always someone ready to join you for a late-night snack at Stella’s, hop in the car and head out to your next adventure or relax for a weekend movie marathon.
Medical services
The NNU Wellness Center is home to NNU Counseling Services which offers a variety of services for students, including counseling, self-help materials, groups and workshops.
Faculty, staff, and graduate students are eligible for consultation, screening and referral, and crisis services during the academic year.
Student Life
Campus life
NNU is situated on a 90-acre, park-like campus with 34 buildings including seven residence halls and apartment complexes, a baseball field, softball field, soccer field, tennis courts and an Olympic-sized track.
Sports facilities
The Johnson Sports Center is our on-campus, state-of-the-art athletic facility, often referred to as the "JSC". The JSC is home to the kinesiology department, and features basketball and volleyball courts, athletic training facilities, an indoor soccer field, racquetball courts, and two weight rooms. NNU's homecoming game is centered around basketball - with a large crowd filling this building dressed head to toe in school colors.
Student clubs
More than 40 different clubs and organizations exist on campus, engaging students in the pursuit of various interests including ministry, service, recreation, academics and athletics.
Northwest Nazarene University offers associates, bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees in a range of content areas. NNU is accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU), a regional accrediting body recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).
