About University
Moscow Pedagogical State University (MPGU)
Moscow Pedagogical State University (MPGU) is a pioneering Russian university in pedagogy, teachers’ training and research. MPGU, being the oldest teachers’ training university in Russia, is committed to preservation of traditions and introduction of innovative approaches to pedagogical education.

Housing services
- All dormitories are equipped with everything needed. Students live in apartments. Each apartment consists of 2 rooms. Students can be accomodated in a room with 2 or 3 beds. There are a bathroom and a refrigerator (optional) in every apartment. A shared kitchen can be either in the apartment or on the floor. There are also laundry rooms in the dormitories.
- Security supervises the dormitories.
Library services
MPGU library has more than 1,8 million books, and has a section of Rare book department with more than 40 thousand items there.
ICT services
Free Wi-Fi is available in all dormitories.

Campus life
The University has 7 modern dormitories. Three of them are located next to the MPGU Humanities building (88 Prospect Vernadskogo) and not far from other institutions of higher education (Moscow Technological University, the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration and others).
