Lancaster University Management School is located at the heart of the Lancaster University campus, set in 560 acres of beautiful landscaped parkland with excellent facilities. Our striking buildings include the Management School and the Charles Carter building, and our dedicated student services including the LUMS careers team provide specialised support and guidance.
Library services
Our University Library provides online access to thousands of academic journals and ebooks as well as a printed collection of over half a million items accessible to all students and staff, enabling you to have a world of information at your fingertips.
ICT services
With more than 1,000 computers, Wi-Fi access, high-speed broadband connections, high-quality printers and scanners, and state-of-the-art learning zone and e-learning environments, you will have instant access to business and financial information and news as it happens.

We are located just fifteen minutes away from the historic and vibrant City of Lancaster, with over 100 shops, plenty of pubs and a castle dating back almost 1,000 years. Discover a unique combination of arts and culture, alongside beautiful coastline and countryside, creating an unforgettable student experience. We're also close to the Lake District, England's largest National Park, with plenty of things to do including watersports, walking and much more.
Sports facilities
Our purpose-built executive training facilities and residential accommodation provide the ideal environment to focus away from the workplace. Many of our programmes are based on the Lancaster campus, and some also take advantage of the tranquility and beauty of the Lake District. We also deliver modules in Lancaster House Hotel and Training Centre, conveniently located opposite the Management School with each room connected to Lancaster University library network for easy access to resources.
Student clubs
Joining a society which is in line with your interests is a great part of student life. They organise a number of events and activities at Lancaster, so there are plenty of opportunities to get involved in.
At LUMS, the student societies relating to business are brought together under the Lancaster University Management School Association (LUMSA).
Lancaster is one of the few business schools in the world to hold triple accreditation recognition of the quality of everything we do from the three leading international accreditation bodies for the business school sector (AACSB, EQUIS and the Association of MBAs).
