Student services
The Student Support Services provide students with support and guidance throughout their studies. At Universiti Malaya, we have a well-established network of support staff and a range of services in place to advise and assist students with any problems they may experience relating to their studies, health issues, career and personal issues.
Housing services
Living in the university residential halls is great fun and ideal opportunity to make friends. University of Malaya boasts 13 residential colleges that can accommodate up to 12,000 students. This amount represents about 65% of all the students pursuing their first degrees.
Each residential hall is administered by a principal and assisted by several fellows. The Residential Halls do not only provide students with accommodation but also facilities such as game courts, reading rooms, grocery shops, cyber cafes and computer labs. Most halls provide meals while the others have cafeteria facilities.
Library services
The University of Malaya Library encompasses a network of libraries and through this network the Library is able to provide comprehensive services and facilities using the discipline-based approach.
