University of Ottawa
The University of Ottawa is the largest bilingual (English-French) university in the world. Located at the heart of Canada’s capital, we have ready access to the great institutions of our country. Our advances in social sciences, health, engineering, science and the humanities make uOttawa a unique place to learn, grow and excel.

Services

Housing services

The smallest residence on campus with only 163 beds, LeBlanc provides a warm atmosphere for francophone students and a learning environment for Anglophones. Ideal for those enrolled in French Immersion Studies. Accommodates first year students from September to April.

Library services

The library is an essential partner in fulfilling the research, teaching and learning mission of the University. The University of Ottawa Library is composed of 3 main libraries - the Morisset Library (Arts and Science), the Brian Dickson Law Library and the Health Sciences Library - in addition to a number of specialized research collections.

Medical services

The University’s core values include preparing students to become leaders and encouraging and enabling our employees to achieve personal growth and wellness. As such, the Mental Health and Wellness website acts as a central location for information and resources at our University and in the surrounding community.

Student Life

Campus life

The University of Ottawa has grown quickly: the number of students has doubled over the past 12 years. As a result, the University needs to provide its 43,000 students with modern, accessible campus facilities equipped with state-of-the-art classrooms, labs and collaborative spaces.

Stay active this school year and meet some new people through one of our many drop-in sports activities. There are multiple programs tailored to your interests, and the best part is they’re all FREE! No registration is required and programs are available to uOttawa students, employees as well as external members.

There are many clubs and associations that are run by students at the Telfer School of Management. If you wish to get involved, contact club members in order to learn more about the clubs themselves, or upcoming activities and events and how you can participate.
