Housing services

  • University residence halls

Ten university halls are located throughout town. They are managed by the CROUS d’Orléans-Tours (Centre Régional des OEuvres Universitaires et Scolaires, which is an organization that helps students with accommodation, catering, scholarships and so on).

  • University housing platform

Use the university's housing platform on which you will be able to:

  • Find a rental close to the campus
  • Find your international or French roommate(s) and form shared rentals
  • Find a subletting
  • Find a room in a French family (ideal for the experience).

ICT services

The possibilities to access the Internet depend on the type of accommodation:

  • People living in university residence halls have access to computer rooms, but there aren’t many computers. Wi-Fi is available in all university residence halls. Depending on your needs, subscription rates vary.
  • People renting an apartment from a private individual can have a phone line through an Internet provider

Student Life

Sports facilities

  • The university sports department (SUAPS) provides a wide range of physical and sportive activities throughout the year.
  • Collective sports are highly encouraged (basketball, football, handball, rugby, sandball, ultimate (Frisbee), volleyball, badminton, squash, tennis and table tennis). Physical well-being activities (muscular training, relaxation, sophrology, yoga, keep fit, Qigong, tai chi), combat sports and athletics are also offered.
  • Students may also take part in water activities (swimming, aqua gym, diving), expressive activities (circus arts, capoeira, dance) and outdoor activities (trekking, skiing, climbing, sailing).
  • The Sports Pack formula (proposed when students register, for €22) also offers acces
