Student services
The Student Services Office looks to respond to any extracurricular needs that students may encounter. This service is aimed at all the students at the University.
The main aim of the Social Action and Inclusion service is to help to enhance the quality of life of the people who are part of our university, with special attention to those who are in a disadvantaged situation or have specific problems.
Housing services
You will find the facilities, resources and services you need for learning and for your life at university on both campuses.
The Housing and Welcome Service has been created to make students’ stay more comfortable, pleasant and easier. We offer information and organise activities for students to enjoy and discover the benefits of living in Bilbao and San Sebastian.
Library services
The Library places special emphasis on new technologies, aimed at facilitating team work, study and research. A good example of this is the number of computers available in the reference rooms and media library, the laptop borrowing service, etc..
The Loyola digital Library gives access to full texts of the bibliographic heritage of Deusto’s University Library and that of the Sanctuary of Loyola.
ICT services
Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the library. You need a device (laptop, tablet, mobile phone) that is equipped for wireless connection.
Eduroam- Eduroam is the worldwide roaming access service for the international research and education community. Once you have configured your device for Eduroam, you will have Wi-Fi connection at many institutions across the world.
Medical services
The Health Service aims to promote good health and inform University of Deusto students about prevention, assistance and care. This space aims to contribute to students’ well-being, quality of life and social change.

Campus life
- The Bilbao campus was declared a site ofhistorical interest in 2002. Several architecturally valuable buildings are found on the campus. The most outstanding is known as the Main Building (Edificio Central) and has a classic style. Its most distinctive features are its central staircase, the Library (currently the Salón de Grados), the Gothic Chapeland the Main Hall.
- The Pearl of the Cantabric Sea (San Sebastian Campus): San Sebastian is known as the Pearl of the Cantabric Sea, with its beautiful bay, mix of sea and mountains, quality of life and world famous cuisine, all of which has made it a top tourist destination for over two centuries.
Sports facilities
The Department of Sports provides a space for meeting and recreation among the members of the University Community offering programs that seek enjoyment and healthy habits through the practice of physical education and sports.
