Various types of housing are available in and around the Cité Descartes Campus. Housing facilities for ESIEE students include:
- Nearby student halls of residence

- A limited number of studios and apartments are available to share with other students
Library services
The Library gives access to Expert Informations in : Computer Science, Electronics and Microelectronics System, Embedded Systems, Telecommunications, Advanced Materials, Biotechnology and Bio industry, Renewable Energies and Eco-Innovations, Signal and Imaging processing, Information Systems.
ICT services
- ESIEE Paris has various leading-edge IT resources available for both educational and research activities.
- ESIEE's IT resources total more than 700 Windows XP and Linux Debian workstations, including several housed in one of the five "self service" rooms, which are freely-accessible to students, whilst others are available in the various technical platforms set up in the laboratories.

Campus life
The student residences are close to ESIEE Paris (5 min on foot). You can live alone in a studio or share an apartment with an other student.:

- Studio - main room with a kitchenette (kitchen sink, hot plates, refrigerator, storage space) and an independent shower-room (washbasin, shower, wc)
- Shared apartment - including 2 single rooms (24,50m² / 30m² each) with an equipped kitchen, a shower-room (washbasin, shower) and wc
In ESIEE Paris residences, including the housing benefit, the total monthly cost is approximatively between 500€ and 600€ (depending of the availability of the accommodation)
Sports facilities
At ESIEE Paris, sport is more than just a hobby, it plays a significant part in student life. ESIEE boasts:

Thursday afternoons are dedicated to extracurricular activity.
Around 30 activities are on offer, all led by professional coaches, including: Archery, athletics, badminton, basketball, boxing, canoeing, climbing, dance, diving, fencing, football, gliding, golf, gymnastics, handball, horse riding, hot air balloon rides, indoor hockey, orienteering, rowing, rugby, sailing, self-defence, skydiving, squash, swimming, tennis, volleyball, weights.
Student clubs
ESIEE Paris has its own Students' Union, an association which links the students to administration, oversees clubs, organises events and generally acts as the central nervous system of the student body.
Elected every year, the Student Office organises evening activities, ski trips, city breaks and the legendary Welcome and Farewell weekends. It also actively participates in promoting the school's presence (Student Exhibitions, Open Days).
