Library services
The UOC’s Virtual Library forms part of the University’s educational model. It is a key service made available by the University to support learning, teaching, research and management. The Library is a tool designed in and for a virtual world to meet the needs of its users and those who use the web for research, training and academic documentation.
Student Life
Campus life
The Virtual Campus is the place that can be accessed without physical barriers from anywhere and at any time, where students will find the necessary tools for study and communication. It is a university campus that students can carry with them in their pocket and which they can access from anywhere in the world, enter its classrooms, consult activities or carry out administrative procedures in the Secretary's Office, etc.
Student clubs
The UOC's graduate community, Alumni, was created in 2008. UOC Alumni seeks to provide an interface between graduates and university, with the goal of becoming an effective platform to enable former students to contact other people they studied with, professional colleagues, teachers and faculties. Furthermore, the UOC's graduate community facilitates access to lifelong learning and professional upgrades.
Accreditation
The UOC is a fully recognized Catalan university. It is constantly assessed by AQU Catalunya (the Catalan University Quality Assurance Agency), the Catalan higher education system's leading quality assessment and advocacy body. AQU Catalunya is a full member of the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA).
