Services
Housing services
Your professors and classes will challenge you to think about the good life. Co-curricular activities give you the opportunity to pursue good living by building friendships, exercising leadership, and practicing excellence in all areas of life outside the classroom.
Whether you’re interested in arts, sports, or an array of other activities, the wide range of clubs, organizations, and extracurricular activities at Hillsdale offers you an outlet to explore many different interests and build friendships.
Library services
In addition to these course-related objectives, the library supports faculty research and professional development and attempts to provide suitable materials for leisure reading of both faculty and students.
Medical services
In 1993, millions of Americans made the acquaintance of Harry and Louise. The brainchild of the U.S. insurance industry, the fictional TV couple could be seen sitting at their kitchen table worrying about the bureaucracy and cost that would accompany the Clinton Administration’s healthcare plan, known as the Health Security Act.
Student Life
Campus life
The lessons taught in Hillsdale classrooms—through critical thought, healthy discourse, and pursuing truth—come to life all over our vibrant campus in student clubs and activities.
Sports facilities
Located northwest of the Roche Sports Complex, the 76,000-square-foot Margot V. Biermann Athletic Center contains four acrylic tennis courts and a six-lane, 200-meter NCAA regulation track. The track features a Mondo surface—the same used in the 2012 London Olympic Games—and also holds the distinction of being the widest 200-meter track in the world.
The building also contains one long jump and one triple jump runway and pit, one permanent and one portable pole vault station, locker rooms, coaches’ offices, a mezzanine, and a training room.
Accreditation
Accredited by the Higher Learning Commission.
