Vilnius College of Technology and Design (VTDK) is a state university of applied sciences in Vilnius, Lithuania. It was founded in 1953 as the Vilnius Construction and Engineering College, and was renamed to VTDK in 2002. The college offers 15 full-time study programs in Lithuanian and English in the fields of design, civil engineering, technical sciences, and transportation.

The campus of VTDK is located in the center of Vilnius, and is home to over 2,000 students. The campus includes a library, a sports center, and five dormitories.

Student life at VTDK is active and vibrant. The college offers a variety of student clubs and organizations, as well as a number of cultural and sporting events.

The academic offerings at VTDK are focused on practical training. Students in all programs complete a mandatory internship, and the college has strong partnerships with a number of businesses and organizations.
