TEX Advanced Learning Centre is conveniently located less than 2km from Trent Durham GTA Campus. Two-hundred residence options are available on-campus for those who want to enjoy a traditional first-year university experience. All rooms are fully furnished, with the choice of a single or double room and even the option to choose your roommate. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and laundry facilities are included in on-campus accommodation. Students living on campus also benefit from flexible dining options, so all dietary preferences are within walking distance and a student budget. Residence life coordinators, dons and academic advisors help to create a community feel on campus, so students feel safe and well-supported.

Stunning views of nature surround the area as it was built on a natural greenbelt and Lakeview park takes you on a tour of waterside trails. Students are, therefore, well-placed to enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, swimming and wildlife spotting.
