University of Tripoli, also known as Al Fateh University, is a public university located in Tripoli, Libya. It was established in 1955 as the Libyan University, with its initial focus on the Faculty of Arts and Education in Benghazi. The university has undergone several name changes and reorganizations throughout its history, eventually becoming University of Tripoli in 2012. It currently comprises 20 faculties.
