Overview:
State University of Zanzibar (SUZA) is a public university established in 1999 by the Zanzibar House of Representatives. It became operational in September 2001 and is led by the President of Zanzibar, Dr. Hussein Ali Mwinyi, who serves as the Chancellor. SUZA offers a wide range of academic programs, from certificates to PhDs, across various disciplines.
