Overview:

The Nelson Mandela African Institute of Science and Technology (NM-AIST) is a Pan-African institution located in Arusha, Tanzania. It is part of a network of similar institutions across Sub-Saharan Africa, established with the vision of training and developing the next generation of African scientists and engineers. NM-AIST aims to contribute to the continent's development through the application of Science, Engineering and Technology and Innovation (SETI).
