Beykoz University Overview

Beykoz University is a private, non-profit foundation university in Istanbul, Turkey. It was officially established in 2016 as the successor to the Beykoz Vocational School of Logistics, which was founded in 2008 by the Türkiye Logistics Research and Education Foundation (TÜRLEV).

The university aims to be a globally recognized institution that produces graduates who are confident, responsible, and skilled in communication, problem-solving, and decision-making. Its philosophy emphasizes practical, life-centered education.

Beykoz offers undergraduate, graduate, and vocational programs across various fields, including engineering, architecture, business, administrative sciences, art, design, social sciences, civil aviation, logistics, and foreign languages.

The university operates multiple campuses in the Beykoz district of Istanbul, with facilities such as libraries, laboratories, workshops, sports centers, cafeterias, and student activity spaces. A new central campus is also under development.

Beykoz University integrates internships into its curriculum with a 3+1 or 7+1 model, allowing students to gain industry experience before graduation. It follows international standards such as ECTS and the Bologna Process and offers diploma supplements and EuroPass certificates.

The university has strong international connections, participates in Erasmus+ exchange programs, and offers opportunities for study abroad, internships abroad, and dual degree programs.
