The Russian Islamic Institute (РИИ) is a private institution of higher education located in Kazan, Tatarstan, Russia. Established over twenty years ago, it is a joint venture of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Tatarstan, the Council of Muftis of Russia, and the Institute of History named after Sh. Mardjani of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan.
