Institute of Higher Education Zand is a non-governmental, non-profit institution located in Shiraz, Iran. Established in 2005, it was granted permission by the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution and the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology. Zand aims to contribute to the advancement of culture and knowledge within the community and participate in the training of skilled human resources needed by the country.
