Blue University (BLUE) is a private university owned by Bread of Life Church International (BLCI) in Zambia. Established in 2018, it aims to provide high-quality education to contribute to a productive, morally sound workforce that addresses local and global socio-economic and spiritual development needs.

BLUE is currently constructing state-of-the-art student housing facilities on campus. In the meantime, students requiring accommodation are assisted by the Deputy Registrar's office.
