Program Overview


Supply Chain Management BSBA

The Supply Chain Management, BSBA develops business professionals who efficiently and effectively manage supply chain activities and resources to maximize customer value and achieve competitive advantage. The Supply Chain Management, BSBA focuses on sourcing of supply, management of materials and operations, and origin-to-destination logistics of products and services. Supply chain management also involves the study of global supply chain strategy and relationship management among members of a supply chain.


Program Details

The degree requires a minimum of 120 semester hours.


Concentration

The concentration requires 18 semester hours, including:


  • Operations and supply chain management, with the following required courses:
    • OMGT 4743 - Purchasing and Materials Management
    • OMGT 4753 - Strategic Logistics Management
    • OMGT 4763 - Strategic Supply Chain Management
  • Choose 9 semester hours from the following electives:
    • MKTG 3872 - Persuading Decision Makers
    • MKTG 4532 - Business and Organizational Marketing
    • MKTG 4682 - Marketing Intelligence
    • MKTG 4790 - Distribution Management
    • OMGT 4383 - Supply Chain Analytics
    • OMGT 4493 - Quality Management
    • OMGT 4733 - Project Management

Note

A minimum of 3 semester hours must come from OMGT 4493 or OMGT 4733.
