Entry Requirements
Applicants are required to meet one of the following:
- Hold at least a second-class honours degree in the cognate subjects of Law or Construction
- Hold at least a second-class honours degree in a non-cognate subject and demonstrate an aptitude for the subject applied for in the supporting information
- Hold an equivalent professional qualification (i.e., chartered status with RICS, CIOB, ICE)
- Have equivalent work experience, for example, a HND in an appropriate discipline together with construction experience at managerial level
All applications should be supported by a reference, either academic or professional. Applicants should also satisfy the English Language requirements, with an IELTS score of 7.0 and no skill below 7.0.
