Program Overview

The Medical Leadership PgCert program at Lancaster University empowers clinicians to develop their leadership skills and improve patient experience. Through a blended learning approach, participants explore leadership concepts, health service improvement, and team dynamics. The program equips graduates with the knowledge and skills to advance their careers in healthcare leadership roles, such as clinical lead, service manager, and medical director.
