Criminology and Policing - BSc (Hons)

The Criminology and Policing BSc degree at London Metropolitan University prepares students for a career within the criminal justice system. Taught by former police officers and internationally renowned academics, this course provides a solid foundation in criminology and policing.

Entry Requirements

• A minimum of grades BBC in three A levels (or minimum of 112 UCAS points from an equivalent Level 3 qualification, eg Advanced Diploma)
• GCSE English at grade C/ grade 4 or above, or Higher Diploma (or equivalent)

Accreditation of Prior Learning

Any university-level qualifications or relevant experience gained prior to starting university could count towards the course at London Met.

English Language Requirements

To study a degree at London Met, students must be able to demonstrate proficiency in the English language. If a Student visa is required, the results of a Secure English Language Test (SELT) such as Academic IELTS may be needed.

Assessment

Students will be assessed via essays, seen and unseen examinations, research projects, and a final dissertation.
