Program Overview

This three-year apprenticeship degree program, offered in partnership with the Employment and Recruitment Federation, equips students with the knowledge and skills for a career in recruitment. Combining classroom learning with on-the-job training, the program covers recruitment operations, sales and negotiation, marketing, and career management. Graduates are prepared to work as Recruitment Executives in various sectors, including recruitment agencies and in-house recruiting roles.
