- Collaborate with faculty on research projects at on- and off-campus institutes and labs, including the Center for Environmental Systems Engineering.
- Participate in projects with field sampling programs that employ undergraduate and graduate students in the Syracuse area and beyond, including Hubbard Brook Experimental Forest.
- Engage in research and have the opportunity to present your work at environmental conferences and publish your findings in conference proceedings and professional journals.

Curriculum
You’ll explore a variety of areas like water and wastewater treatment, hazardous waste management, air pollution control, pollutant transport and the fundamentals of sustainable engineering analysis and design.
