Program Overview

This Negotiated Specialist Ultrasound Practice program at UWE Bristol is a 15-credit module that develops competent ultrasound practitioners in a chosen subspecialty area, such as obstetric, gynaecological, general medical, or vascular ultrasound. Through negotiated learning, clinical practice placements, and subject-specific topics, students gain the knowledge, skills, and experience to effectively participate in an Ultrasound Imaging service. Graduates are equipped for career progression within the field of ultrasound, including specialist ultrasound practitioner roles.
