- User's self medication with complementary therapy or over-the-counter medication
- Interacting with users and careers regarding medication
- Educational approach to medication, cognitive, attention and motivation factors affecting concordance
- Assessment and risk management:
- Mental illness assessment scales, symptomology, medication in crisis, side-effects, relapse management
