Program Overview

This 2-month, 20-credit course provides an overview of workplace health and well-being, covering topics such as organizational health, employee absence management, and health promotion programs. Delivered through a blended method, it combines in-person attendance with online learning and utilizes an evidence-based approach. The assessment involves conducting a Workplace Health and Well-being Needs Assessment and presenting findings to peers and facilitators.
