Eligibility:
- Open to individuals and businesses located in the West of England region (Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Bath and Northeast Somerset, and North Somerset).
- Anyone meeting the following criteria can apply:
- Age 19 or older
- Not currently in full-time or part-time education
- Has the right to live and work in the UK
- Lives or works for an organization based in the West of England region (applications close to these boundaries may also be considered)
- Has not participated in another Skills Bootcamp in the current financial year from any provider
- Does not hold a qualification in digital marketing at level 6 or above
Additional Considerations:
- Preference is given to applicants seeking upskilling opportunities within their current SME organization.
Commitment as a Learner:
- Attend all in-person sessions held at Frenchay Campus, Bristol.
- Complete online self-study sessions.
- Complete and submit portfolio tasks for each weekly session.
- Prepare and take the DMI online exam within 2 months of bootcamp completion.
- Be seeking a new role, opportunities, or increased responsibility/promotion within your current company utilizing acquired skills.
Commitment as an Employer:
- Release employee to attend all sessions.
- Participate in a short online employer interview.
- Provide one of the following opportunities within 4 months of completion:
- Salary increase
- Interview for a new role, promotion, or additional responsibility
- Additional project work related to learning (minimum 6 months)
