Teaching and Assessment

We use a variety of different methods of assessment. These might include an essay about a controversial issue or an established case, an analysis of a video, a report of an experiment or a critical analysis of a recently published research. Some course units involve oral presentations. Assessment is both summative and formative, and you will be provided with detailed comments on essays and other coursework. Many course units also have a written examination in May or June.
