Program Overview

This two-year Midwifery (Short) program prepares registered nurses to become registered midwives. It combines theoretical learning with practical clinical experience, providing students with the knowledge and skills to provide positive and healthy pregnancy and birth experiences for women and families. Graduates can pursue careers as midwives within the NHS or other independent midwifery settings, or pursue further study in midwifery research.
