Program Overview

This two-year BSc (Hons) Ophthalmic Dispensing program blends online lectures with on-campus blocks to prepare students for a career as a Dispensing Optician. The program emphasizes practical and clinical skills, with assessments including objective structured clinical exams and written assignments. Students benefit from collaborations with industry professionals and access to state-of-the-art facilities, including a campus Eye Health Clinic. Graduates may be eligible to transfer to the Optometry program and pursue various career paths in the field of eye health.
