Program Overview

The Fire & Leadership Studies program is a unique collaboration with fire and rescue services that combines academic study with practical hands-on training. Designed to recruit bright talent, the course fast-tracks students to senior positions by providing them with the knowledge and skills needed for a successful career in the fire industry. Students will develop leadership, fire risk management, fire science, and human resource management skills through a combination of lectures, seminars, practical sessions, and operational modules.
