Program Overview

Lancaster’s joint Spanish Studies and Mathematics degree is taught by the Department of Languages and Cultures in conjunction with the Mathematics and Statistics Department. The course provides high-level language skills, a thorough understanding of the Spanish-speaking world in a global context, and in-depth mathematical theory and practice. After completing the first year, students have expanded language skills before going abroad for study or work during their third year.
