Program Overview


Enhancing Practice: Children & Young People's Mental Health

Course Overview

This double module is aimed at practitioners who wish to develop their knowledge and skills in working with children, young people and their families with mental health problems. The module can be studied on its own or as an Advanced Certificate for continuing professional development purposes. A range of teaching and learning activities are utilised within the course, with the student being placed at the centre of a co-operative learning process to help in the development of skills in the critical analysis and evaluation of approaches to child and adolescent mental health and social care.
