Overview

The English Language and Linguistics Foundation Year is designed to provide a stepping stone to a full degree if you don't have the right qualifications. This course will explore how the English language works as a structure and how it can be used in social settings.

  • BTEC Extended Diploma: MPP
  • BTEC Diploma: MM
  • Pass Access Course: 64 points
  • International Baccalaureate Diploma: Pass including 64 points from Higher Level subjects
  • T Level: P (D or E)
  • IELTS: 6.0 with no component lower than 5.5
  • GCSE: 5 at grade C/4 including Maths and English or equivalent

Fees and Funding
