The Help to Grow: Management Course is a 12-week program designed to help small and medium-sized business enterprises in the UK develop their leadership skills and business performance. The course is 90% funded by the government, with a £750 contribution from the business.

Who is the Course For?

The course is aimed at small or medium-sized business enterprises based in the UK, with 5 or more employees. Participants should be members of the senior leadership team and have direct reports.

Fees and Funding

90% of the course fee is funded by the Government, meaning businesses pay just £750 per person. A limited number of bursaries are available to cover the full cost for Community Interest Companies (CICs).
