Who is This Course For?
The course is for learners who have an interest in becoming a Registered Occupational Therapist. An Occupational Therapist works with people of all ages, looking at all aspects of their daily life (home, workplace, school).

Future Careers
Once you have completed your degree apprenticeship, most students take up a role as a registered Occupational Therapist at their employing organisation.
Entry Requirements
- A Level: 120 UCAS points at A2 including one Science: Biology/Human Biology, Psychology, Sociology & PE are acceptable (General Studies not included)
- BTEC Extended Diploma: DDM in Health and Social Care, Health Sciences or Health Studies pathway (Level 3)
- BTEC Diploma: D* D* in Health and social care
- Pass Access Course: 120 UCAS points including 30 level 3 credits at Distinction
- International Baccalaureate Diploma: Pass including 120 points from Higher Level Subjects
- T Level Health: M
- IELTS: 7.0 with no Component lower than 6.5
- GCSEs: 5 at grade C/4 including Maths, English, Science/Health & Social Care

Fees & Funding
Tuition Fees are paid by funding through the Employer and/or Government via the Apprenticeship Levy, meaning that you as the learner do not pay the standard tuition fee rates.
Learning & Assessment
The End Point Assessment board will adhere to university standards to ensure you qualify for a BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy, accredited by the Health and Care Professions Council and Royal College of Occupational Therapists.
