Learning and Assessment

  • The programme is delivered using a workshop format. You'll be encouraged to develop a community of practice where knowledge, skills and experience are shared.
  • A range of assessment methods will be used during your course. Your skills, knowledge and understanding will be formally and informally assessed through:

    • Oral presentations
    • Practical tasks
    • A portfolio
  • You will also be required to complete a minimum of 18 hours coaching and or mentoring to a minimum of 2 people, which will go towards your assessment.
