- You'll learn to be a proficient and analytical researcher in Business and Management through academic or practice-focused research. You'll be able to independently plan and conduct research projects, while comprehending the influence of such research on practice, organisations, policy, and your personal approach.

- On this module you'll learn effective approaches to leadership, management and change. You'll develop critical awareness and analysis of leadership and management perspectives and theories. The module will introduce you to a range of theoretical perspectives to become knowledgeable appraisers. You'll learn relevant leadership and management strategies, and the distinction between the two.

- Futures: Leading Change
- The aim of this module is to critically analyse global challenges and responses. You will analyse these challenges in the context of leadership and management. You'll evaluate the regional, local and global challenges in relation to sustainable development.

- Managing People
- This module will draw from the CIPD Profession Map in terms of knowledge, principles, and behaviours, as these set out standards that shape excellence in people professionals. You'll be expected to develop holistically through engagement with appropriate CIPD resources relevant to their role and/or professional interest. Key topics include: People Management Practice with links to Performance and Productivity, Strategic Thinking with Connections to the Internal and External Environment , Line Management and The HR Profession.

- In this module you will learn to understand and critically evaluate ethical, sustainable business practices in a dynamic global marketplace.

Entry requirements
- Normally a 2:2 or equivalent will gain entry on to the program, if you do not meet this criteria but have equivalent experience please get in touch.
- Minimum qualifications:
- Applicants would normally have a first degree at Honours Classification 2:2 or above in a related discipline
- Candidates with professional qualifications and/or work experience are considered on a case by case basis and will be asked to attend a 45-minute interview to discuss their background and interest in the course
- For students where English is not their first language, a score of at least 6.0 on IELTS or equivalent

2025/26
- UK: Full-time £9,450 per year
- International: Full-time £17,900 per year
