Short Course

We'll teach you the background tools, techniques and skills needed to deal with civil and commercial mediation. You'll learn to effectively build rapport with clients and individuals to settle their disputes.

Entry Requirements

There are no prerequisites to take part in this training. Anybody can participate from students to barristers.

This could include professionals from all backgrounds such as teachers, ministers, doctors, managers, directors, and legal practitioners interested in complementing their current practice or becoming a professional mediator.

Certifications

• CMC Registered Mediation Provider 2024: We have been recognised by the Civil Mediation Council as a registered mediation provider.
• IMI Certified Mediator Training Program: This course has been recognised by the International Mediation Institute as a certified mediator training program.
